Who qualifies for the program?
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
● Be between 25 and 50 years old
● Have a minimum annual income of €10,000
● Fall within the maximum income thresholds:
o Singles: up to €20,000
o Married couples or civil partners: up to €28,000 (+ €4,000 per dependent child)
o Single-parent families: up to €31,000 (+ €5,000 for each additional child after the first))
● Must not currently own a residence that meets their housing needs
Which properties are eligible?
The property to be purchased must:
● Be used as the buyer’s primary residence
● Have a valid building permit and digital building ID
● Be constructed before 2007 (or before 2020 for individuals with disabilities)
● Not be unfinished or under construction
● Have a maximum surface area of 150 m²
● Have a purchase value not exceeding €250,000
What does the program offer?
● Up to 90% financing of the property’s purchase price, capped at €190,000
● Interest-free loan for 50% of the amount through the Recovery and Resilience Facility
● Repayment periods ranging from 3 to 30 years, depending on the borrower’s financial capacity
